Radix sort repeatedly buckets numbers by a single digit, then gathers them back. The max is 802, so just 3 passes (ones, tens, hundreds) finish it.
Radix sort breaks numbers into digits and, starting from the lowest digit, repeatedly distributes them into buckets 0~9 and gathers them back. Notably, it never directly compares two numbers.
